Esther Salter Watson

DOUSMAN - Esther Salter Watson, of Dousman, formerly of Waukesha, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1999, at her home at the age of 83 years.

She was born Nov. 13, 1916, the daughter of George and Mary (Maresh) Salter. Esther was a member of the Vernon United Presbyterian Church, a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood Chapter A.Q. and a member of the Practical Club. She is preceded in death by her husband, John.

Esther will be sadly missed by her children, Janice (Al Lustig) Watson of Thiensville, Wis., James (Dottie) Watson of Pewaukee, and Richard (Christine) Watson of Richmond, Va; as well as her brother, Howard R. (Shirley) Salter of West Allis, and her sister-in-law, Juanita Salter of Brookfield. She is further survived by her grandchildren, Catharine E. (Samuel) De Renzis, Daniel (Amy) Watson, Andrew P. W. Lustig, Daniel J. Watson, Sarah E. Watson and her fiance, Dr. Lawrence Sinclair.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2000, at 1 p.m. at the Vernon United Presbyterian Church with Rev. Roger Patton officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given for the Covenanter Cemetery Association and sent directly to Miss Mary Baird, secretary, 1338 Hillendale, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, or the charity of the donor's choice.
