| Mary Roberts Perschbacher NEW BERLIN - Mary Roberts Perschbacher, 83, died Friday, Dec. 24, 1999, at Care-Age of Brookfield. She was one of four children born to Robert and Margaret (nee Mann) Roberts in the town of Genesee on April 2, 1916. She was a graduate of Pewaukee High School and was governess for the Assistant Secretary of State, Chester Bowles in Buffalo, New York during the 1930s. Mary was employed at the Milwaukee Public Library, retiring in 1957. She married Howard V. Perschbacher on Oct. 12, 1957. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 42 years, Howard V. Perschbacher of New Berlin; and nieces and nephews Fran Smolen of Waupaca, Ethel Schlitz of Watertown, Robert Hawes of Eagle and Donald Hawes of Racine. Other relatives and friends also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, David; and two sisters, Georgia Hawes and Margaret Hathway, and her brother, Milton M. Roberts. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, at the Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave. The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Burial will take place at Valhalla Memorial Park in Milwaukee. Memorials are appreciated to the charity of the donors choice.
