| Lillian M. Murray WAUKESHA - Lillian M. Murray of Waukesha died Saturday, Dec. 18, 1999, at LindenGrove Health Care Center at the age of 81. She was born in Waukesha on March 18, 1918, to the late Christian and Dorothy (nee Brandt) Merten. On July 26, 1941, she married Robert J. Murray; he preceded her in death May 21, 1983. Mrs. Murray was a lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher, served on the altar committee, and was a member of the choir. She loved sewing and was a member of the East Side Circle for 50 years. She will be sadly missed by her children, David (Barbara) Murray, Timothy (Susan) Murray, James (Lisa) Murray and Ellen Olshefski, all of Waukesha. She is further survived by her 12 grandchildren, Lynne, Maureen, David, Guy, Shea, Erin, Allison, Jim, Michael, Tim, Eric and Courtney; three great-grandchildren, Marianna, Kendahl and Kyle; her sisters, Irma Scholovich, Florence (Orlie) Smith and Grace (Harold) Blado; her brother, William (Martha) Merten; and close relatives, Hazel and Curry Hopf. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 700 Beechwood Ave., Waukesha. Funeral services will be held at the church at 7 p.m.; the Rev. Thomas Bauer officiating. Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Prairie Home Cemetery (please meet at Randle-Dable Funeral Home at 10:15 a.m.).
