Grunfelder WAUKESHA - Robert A. Grunfelder of Waukesha died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999, at his Waukesha residence at the age of 71. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Jan. 29, 1928. Mr. Grunfelder was a veteran of the Merchant Marines, the United States Navy during World War II, and also was a veteran of the Korean War, where he served in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his children: Thomas of West Allis, Aleta (Alvin) Bourdo of East Troy, Bonnie Grunfelder of Waukesha, Veronica (Terry) Duncan of Suffolk, Va., Paula Grunfelder of Milwaukee, Marty (Sharon) Grunfelder of Waukesha, Andy (Nancy) Grunfelder of Muskego, John (Dale) Grunfelder of Chester, Va., Robert Jr. of Fort Smith, Ark., and Tony (Caroline) Grunfelder of Waukesha. Robert is also survived by grandchildren , great-grandchildren and by other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, at the Rudolph-Larsen Bros. Funeral Home, East Avenue at Carroll Street in Waukesha. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at Rudolph-Larsen Bros. Cremation will follow the services, with Roberts cremated remains buried at sea. Rudolph-Larsen Bros. Waukesha Funeral Home is serving the family, 542-7111. |
