WAUKESHA - Duane A. Cook of Waukesha died Thursday, Dec. 2, 1999, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 52. He was born April 19, 1947, the son of John and Marian (nee Hanson) Cook Jr. He was a member of Mount Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church.

He will be sadly missed by his son, Earl Matthew (Cristal Ramthun) Cook of Waukesha, and his daughter, Lindsay Cook of West Allis; his brothers, John (Julie) of Mesa, Ariz., Gerald of Mesa, Ariz., Dennis (Shari) of Nashotah, Scott (Sandy) of Milwaukee, Loren (Diane) of Richland Center and Kenneth (Lori) of Hartford; his sisters, Sharon (Don) Erickson of Hartland, Patricia (David) Ledger of Kewaskum, Janet (Harley) Wright of West Bend and Ellen (Bruce) Groholski of Fredonia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Cook; his parents and his sister, Emily Maes.
