LAKE WALES, Fla. - Robert "Bob" Bednarz of Lake Wales, Fla., died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1999, at Winter Haven Hospital at the age of 65. He was born in Milwaukee on April 1, 1934, and was raised in Pound and later resided in Waukesha. He moved to Lake Wales, Fla., in 1995.

Bob was a heavy equipment operator and later a financial secretary for the Operating Engineers Local #139. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was of the Lutheran faith.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine Lee Bednarz of Lake Wales, Fla.; daughters Wendy Lee Bednarz of Waukesha and Becky Lee Bednarz of St. Paul, Minn.; sons William Robert Bednarz of Oconomowoc and Daniel Robert Bednarz of Waukesha; one brother, Gary David Bednarz of Hasting; and one granddaughter, Leslie Ann Bednarz of Waukesha.
