David M. Patrick

David M. Patrick, 58, of Dousman was born to eternal life after a courageous two year battle with cancer Thursday.

Patrick was born June 4, 1946 in Waukesha to parents Lawrence Patrick and Marion Carmichael.

Patrick is survived by wife Karen, son Scott David (Carrie) Patrick of Sullivan and daughter Michelle (Neil) Denise of Palmyra. He is also survived by brothers Richard (Ruth) of Johnson Creek, Michael (Nancy) of Whitewater, James (Candace) of Ladysmith, and sisters Karen Jo Patrick of Palmyra, and Laurie (Robert Jr.) Mueller of Palmyra. Patrick is further survived by his grandchildren Paul David and Jacob Patrick Stark and other relatives and friends.

Patrick was proceeded in death by his parents.

Patrick was a machinist with Wisconsin Centrifugal in Waukesha and proudly served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968.

The funeral service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 313 Main St., in Palmyra. Rev. Steven M.D. Blyth will officiate. Visitation will be at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 Summit Ave. (Hwy 67) in Oconomowoc on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday at St. Matthew from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
