Roger Hagness July 15, 1934 - Dec. 13, 2004Roger Hagness, 70, of Waukesha, was born to eternal life Monday, Dec. 13, 2004. Roger was born July 15, 1934, in Alma. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans, Waukesha Post 5, and was also a member of AMVETS Post 41 of Fond du Lac. Roger retired as a leadman from Wisconsin Centrifugal Foundry after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Carol; his mother, Beata Benedict; one daughter, Nancy; two stepsons, Mark (Miyuki) Brummer and Gary (Diane) Brummer; two stepdaughters, Kimberly Williamson and Sheila (Robert) Walden; and three brothers, Leigh, John (Rena) and Ernie Hagness. He is also survived by six stepgrandchildren; his mother-in-law, Lorraine Dawursk; two sisters-in-law, Tina (Bob) Chause and Sharon (Harry) Tesch; his aunt, Louise Heck; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Roger was preceded in death by his father, Ernest; his brother, Robert; two daughters, Marlene and Mary; and one son, Roger Jr. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road, Waukesha. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 17, at Graceland Cemetery Chapel, 6401 N. 43rd St., Milwaukee. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
