Stuart C. Gordon

Stuart C. Gordon of Brookfield died Monday, Dec. 13, 2004, at the Congregational Home at age 90. Stuart was born July 29, 1914, in Galesburg, Ill., the son of John H. and Effie (nee Cummings) Gordon.

Stuart and Gladys lived in New Berlin for many years and enjoyed traveling extensively. Stuart was a longtime salesperson for Electrolux where he won many awards for being the top salesperson. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys, in 2000.

Stuart is survived by his niece, Betty Dingeldine of Vancouver, Wash., and his nephews Dale Gordon of Kohler, Gary Gordon of Indianapolis and Larry Gordon of Waupaca.

A funeral service for Stuart will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at Cesarz Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. The Rev. Nancy Anderson will officiate. Visitation will also be held from 2 p.m. until the 5 p.m. service Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Burke Lutheran Church Cemetery in Madison.
