Calvin R. Bush

Calvin R. Bush of the town of Lisbon died Sunday, Dec. 5, 2004, in his home surrounded by family at age 42.

Cal was born Oct. 18, 1962, in Waupun, the son of Clarence (Carol) Bush and JoAnn Ciszewski. Cal was a member of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and was a senior manager at Kohl’s Corporate. Cal was a kind, compassionate, devoted and fun-loving person who cherished the time he spent with his family.

Cal was the loving husband of Debra (nee Butchart) who he married March 31, 1990, and loving father of Claire and Ava. Cal will also be missed by his parents; his sisters, Wendy (Steve) King, Wanda (Gene) Halley and Sue (Gary) Laybourn; his father and mother-in-law, Malcolm and Rita Butchart; his brother-in-law, David (Diane) Butchart; and his big black lab, Sam. Cal is further survived by many other relatives and dear friends.

Cal is preceded in death by John Ciszewski.

A memorial service for Cal will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, at St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 424 Hyde Park Ave, Waukesha. A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the church.
