Karen L. Thompson

Karen L. Thompson, 51, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003. She was born April 8, 1952, in Milwaukee, to Frederick and Doris (nee Griffiths) Kuhar.

Karen was a graduate of West Allis Central High School. On October 20, 1973, she married Gary Thompson. She had been employed at the Waukesha County Courthouse register of deeds office.

She will be missed by her husband Gary; her daughter, Dana D. Thompson of Waukesha; her mother, Doris Kuhar of West Allis; a brother, Daniel (Linda) Kuhar of West Allis; her father-in-law, Jeffie A. Thompson of Mosinee; and a brother-in-law, Jeffrey Thompson of Mondovi. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Frederick, and a sister, Kristin Ottow.

Friends and family may call from from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. A funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. Interment will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at Prairie Home Cemetery.
