Ruth M. Troyer

Ruth M. Troyer, 86, of Okauchee, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003, at her residence.

She was born March 11, 1917, in Fond du Lac County to Harry and Amelia (nee Preuss) Leverenz.

On June 6, 1935, she married Delbert Troyer in Elroy. She was a homemaker.

Ruth is survived by her children, Roger (Bonnie) Troyer of Oconomowoc, Delaine (Gordon) Thiede of Oconomowoc, Jean (Paul) Ruder of Atlanta, Elroy (Vickie) Troyer of Oconomowoc and Nadine (Richard) Buth of Oconomowoc; a daughter-in-law, Dawn Troyer of Wausau; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons and one brother.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Schmidt & Bartelt Notbohm-Kreutzmann Funeral Home, 121 S. Cross St., Oconomowoc. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Gertrude Wilkenson will officiate. Burial will be in LaBelle Cemetery.

If desired, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
