Wayne Gordon Walter May 15, 1938 - Dec. 9, 2003 Wayne Gordon Walter of Waukesha passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003. He is the loving husband of 46 years to Carol (nee Lambrecht-Podemski); devoted father of Sandy Claffey, Chuck (Debbie) Walter and Sue Clark; grandfather of Molly Mueller, Ben Clark, Jack Claffey, Sarah and Gordie Walter; great-grandfather of Derek Clark; and brother of Patty and Mark Clark, Bill Lambrecht and Susan Walter. Wayne was employed for 20 years at Kearney & Trecker as a machinist and retired from Miller Brewery. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, sports fan and barbershop singer. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 200 Richard St., Waukesha. Interment will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at Oakwood Cemetery on Highway 83 north of Waterford. Church and Chapel Funeral Service is assisting the family with
