WAUKESHA - Shirley Pike, 69, of Waukesha, was born to eternal life Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. She was born May 29, 1933, to Edward Charles and Gladys Leona (nee Hall) Green. On July 16, 1949, she married Robert Pike in Waukesha.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert, and their eight children, William (Joan) Pike of Dousman, Jeffery (Judith) Pike of Waukesha, David (Mercedes) Pike of Waukesha, Thomas Pike of Waukesha, Barbara (Randall) Schmid of Waukesha, Linda (Daniel) Freimund of Dousman, Leona (David) Dyer of Waukesha and Marilee (James) Turley of Waukesha; 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her sister, Harriet Green of Waukesha; her brothers, William (Patricia) Green of Pewaukee, Richard (Nancy) Green of Waukesha, Paul Green of Wind Lake and Frank (Judy) Green of Waukesha; other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. memorial service today, Dec. 30, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha.
