WAUKESHA - Cathleen Ann Podgurski, 43, of Waukesha, passed away Monday, Dec. 16, 2002, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. She was born in Geneva, Ohio, on March 4, 1959, to Myron and Patricia (nee Schuster) Podgurski.

Cathleen was a Sunday school teacher at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church for several years. She was a huge Elvis Presley and Beatles fan and enjoyed collecting memorabilia. Cathleen truly loved her nieces and nephews and was a great aunt and friend to them.

She will be sadly missed by her parents, Patricia (Warren "Tony") Podgurski-Kummer of Waukesha and Myron (Wanda) Podgurski of Cary, Ill.; her sisters, Linda Umnuhs of Milwaukee, Donna (Ryan) Schwane of Mukwonago and Diane Podgurski of Las Vegas; her brother, Ronald (Nadi) Podgurski of Chicago; her sisters, Barb (Greg) Nettesheim of Eagle, Pam (Shawn) Coleman of Dousman and Becky (Joel) Templeman of Waukesha. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. until the 4:30 p.m. memorial service Thursday, Dec. 19, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 300 Carroll St., Waukesha.
