Mildred A. Bollogh

PALMYRA - Mildred A. Bollogh, 92, died Monday, Dec. 9, 2002, at Linden Grove Health Care in Mukwonago. She was born June 20, 1910, in Palmyra, to Lewis and Alice (Aplin) Thomas.

Mildred was born and raised in Palmyra and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was the food product manager at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for 10 years and food service director at Carroll College for 10 years. She and her late husband, Henry, also operated Palmyra Lanes and Restaurant for 12 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn (Kenneth) Adler of Mukwonago; her brother, Arthur (Minnie) Thomas of Palmyra; her sister, Dorothy (Art) Vredenberg of Waukesha; and her sister-in-law, Theresa Mitchell of Waukesha; eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry.

A Mass of Christian burial will be said at 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 13, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Palmyra. Monsignor John H. Hebl will officiate will burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Waukesha. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of services at the church Friday.

If desired, memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
