PEWAUKEE - Marie E. Toennessen (nee Suttner) of Pewaukee was born to eternal life Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, at age 76. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James A.; her brother, John H.; her brother-in-law, Bernard Wolf; and a sister-in-law, Coralie Suttner.

She was the beloved mother of James M. Toennessen, Jane (Brian) Leonard and Donald (Alice) Toennessen; proud grandma of Jessica, Zachary and Jacob Leonard, Caitlyn and Candace Toennessen; and fond sister of JoAnne Wolf and Eugene Suttner. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, N35-W23401 W. Capitol Drive, City of Pewaukee; the Rev. Michael Grellinger officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of Mass. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Pewaukee.
