Russel A. Rockteacher
TUCSON, Ariz. - Russel A. Rockteacher, 81, passed away Thursday, Nov. 28, 2002, at Casa de la Luz Hospice (Casita de Hope) in Tucson after a short illness. He was born March 27, 1921, in Eagle. Russel was a 1939 graduate of Mukwonago High School and attended Carroll College and Milwaukee Business University after serving his country for 3 1/2 years in the Army Air Corps. Russel was employed at Pet Milk in North Prairie for a year, and worked as an accountant/office manager for Emerson Oil Co. in Waukesha for more than 15 years. Russel retired after 20 years of employment with the Waukesha school system. He is survived by a son, Richard (Ana) Duckert of Tucson, and a daughter, Karen (Brian) Uglow of Oconomowoc. He is also survived by his granddaughters, Jennifer Duckert of Madison and Sue Osborne (William) of Waterford; and two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Andrew Osborne of Waterford. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews and his special friend, Janice Gallardo. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth; his sisters, Ethel, Elizabeth, Nellie, Gertrude, Lois and Maryan; and his brothers, Matthew, Martin and Leslie. South Lawn Mortuary in Tucson assisted the family with arrangements.
