WAUKESHA - Gary J. Alvarado, 48, of Waukesha, formerly of Berkeley, Cal., and Oregon, died Thursday, March 1, 2001. He was born in California on Sept. 24, 1954.

He will be sadly missed by his loving mother, Virginia Alvarado of Waukesha and many aunts, uncles and cousins and relatives and friends. Gary was preceded in death by his grandparents, Peter and Mary Gonzalez; an aunt, Molly Avilez; two uncles, James Gonzalez, James Mitchell; and cousins, Robert Winter, Michael Avilez.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2001, at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 10 a.m. until the memorial mass at 11 a.m. Father Michael Michalski will officiate. Interment will place take place at St. Joseph Cemetery Randle-Dable Funeral Home is serving the family.
