WAUKESHA - Warren G. Stoll, 86, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2001, at Hartland Health Care Center. He was born in Milwaukee on May 23, 1915, to Fred B. and Anita Stoll. Warren went to California in 1929 to study at aircraft schools and received five of the best ratings in the field. Aviation was a lifelong love. He worked at building and flying airplanes since he was a young lad. He was employed for 35 years at Grand Air, which is now Timmerman Field, in Milwaukee. Warren was an intelligent, kind, caring stepfather of our children and the only father Jeannine ever had. Warren is survived by the children of his heart, his daughter, Jeannine Joy Stoll of Racine, and his sons, Gary Richard (Linda) Davis of New Berlin, Timothy Allen Davis of Ruckersville, Va., Mark Robert (Eleanor) Davis of Kansasville and Jeffrey Lee (Gillian) Davis of North Bay; and their father, Richard (Elsie) Davis of Mukwonago. He is further survived by his brother, James (Lois) Stoll of Pewaukee, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. His first love was Betty (nee Carlson) of California, and her dear family and brother, Rollo Carlson of Waukesha, and his sister, Yavonne. He is preceded in death by his second wife, Reanette, and survived by her son, Richard Gross, who served as a Milwaukee police officer and now resides in Crivitz. He is also survived by his constant companion and wife of 40 years, Lavonne M. Stoll. Visitation will be held from noon until the 1:30 p.m. funeral service Friday, Dec. 28, at Randle-Dable Fuenral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park. The family wishes to thank Drs. Esbensen, Flanagan, Singh, Clapper and Gill.
