MILWAUKEE - Joseph "Buggsy" Moran was born to eternal life Monday, Dec. 24, 2001, at age 88.

Joseph was a World War II veteran and served his country for four years in Guam. He was an avid golfer.

He was the beloved husband and friend of La Verne (nee Beathalter) for 45 years and dear brother-in-law of Andrew (Marilyn) Beathalter. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.

Friends may visit from 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial Saturday, Dec. 29, at Arnold Hall-St. Rita’s Church, 2318 S. 61st St., Milwaukee. Interment will be held at Arlington Park Cemetery.

Memorials to St. Mary’s Burn Center are appreciated.
