WAUWATOSA - Elinor A. Miller (nee Stendler) of Wauwatosa passed away Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, at the age of 87.

She was the beloved wife of Fred Z. who celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary Dec. 21, 2000. She was the loving mother of Jeanine (Edward) Maly, Douglas (Martha) Miller and Terry Miller. She was the proud grandmother of Elaine Maly (Tom Taubert) Mary Jo (Matthew) Lerch, Joseph (Wendy) Maly, Stephanie (Shawn) Amara, Jorge Bernal, Kyle Miller, Danielle Miller, Natalia Miller, Christine (Mark) Krumplitsch and Miles (Tara) Miller. She was the dear sister of Robert (Bernadine) Stendler, and is further survived by 14 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. today, Dec. 27, at Larsen Bros. New Berlin Chapel, 15250 W. National Ave. Visitation will continue Thursday, Dec. 28, from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. funeral service at Luther Manor Faith and Education Center, 4611 N. 92nd Street, Milwaukee. Interment will be at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Luther Manor for all of their love and care.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Luther Manor Foundation are appreciated.
