MUKWONAGO - Hugh S. Crotty of Mukwonago went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000, at the age of 23. Hugh was born in Rhinelander on March 6, 1977, to Patrick and Glenda (nee Hagen) Crotty.

Hugh was a 1996 graduate of Altoona High School and was an employee of Seaquist Closures in Mukwonago. He loved working with computers and enjoyed snowboarding.

Survivors include his parents, Patrick and Glenda of Mukwonago; a brother, Eric of Eau Claire; his grandmother, Betty Hagen of Rhinelander; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Grace Crotty and Gordon Hagen.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, at the Schmidt & Bartelt-Van Valin Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Mukwonago. The Rev. Robert J. Drutowski will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for the purchase of a computer for the Mukwonago Public Library in Hugh’s name.
