A memorial service will be held Wednesday for Thiensville resident Robert D. Henderson, 79, who died Dec. 16, 1999.

Services will be held at Crossroads Presbyterian Church, Mequon, starting at 4 p.m. Shramka-Densow Funeral Home, Thiensville, is handling the arrangements.

Mr. Henderson was a veteran of World War II, having served with the Flying Tigers Air Corp in China and Burma.

He is survived by his wife Ruth (nee Lane) Henderson; sons Gilbert (Kathy) and Robert (Marybeth); daughter Deborah; grandchildren John, Michael and Caroline Henderson, Peter Andersen, Marlee and Madeline Henderson; other relatives and friends.
