A funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cedarburg, for Malinda Kasten, 82, who died on Dec. 13, 1999. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m.

Rev. Dale Erickson will officiate at the ceremony, with arrangements handled by Mueller Funeral Home, Cedarburg. Burial will be at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg.

Ms. Kasten was born March 15, 1917 in Cedarburg, daughter of John and Leona (nee Keup) Kasten. She worked as a homemaker and attended Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include: sister Myrtle (Elroy) Krause of Germantown; niece Mary Lynn (Vernon) Prost. She is further survived by 4 great-nephews, 1 great-great-niece, other relatives and friends.
