A funeral service was held Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Port Washington, for Kathleen M. Fischer, 43, of Port Washington, who died Nov. 30, 1999 at Columbia Hospital, Milwaukee.

Father Mike Barrett led the service, with burial at St. Mary Cemetery, Port Washington. Arrangements were handled by Mueller Funeral Home, Grafton.

Miss Fischer was born in Milwaukee on June 19, 1956, daughter of the Andrew and Aileen (nee Lechnir) Fischer.

She worked as an assembler at Simplicity Mfg. in Port Washington.

Survivors include her mother Aileen Fischer of Port Washington; son Jacob (Mary) Budreck of Cedarburg; sisters Lauri (Ken) Schultz of Grand Banc, Mich., Denise (Jason) Lamoreaux of Campbellsport and Andrea (Brian) Ellestad of Grafton; brother Gary (Toni) Fischer of Port Washington; grandson Noah Budreck of Cedarburg; fiance Gene Swatek of Port Washington; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Fischer.
