Clare M. Heinrich

Clare M. Heinrich, 66, of West Bend, passed away Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004 at her residence.

She was born to the late Carl and Regina (Gerlach) Marx on Dec. 9, 1938 in Milwaukee where she was raised, and graduated from Messmer High School in 1956.

She married John D. "Hansie" Heinrich on Nov. 8, 1958 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church of Milwaukee.

After marriage, the couple lived in Milwaukee until 1973 when they moved to West Bend.

She was employed at various places and volunteered with Heartland Hospice and Slinger Schools.

Clare was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church of West Bend.

She was the dear mother of Jill (Michael) Knier of Hubertus, Jean (Tim) Niemuth of West Bend, Kathleen (Michael) Polega of Sussex and Daniel (Lisa) of Menomonie.

Clare is further survived by eight grandchildren, Jeffrey and Bradley Knier, Kristen and Max Niemuth, Jacob and Kassandra Polega, Jessica and Rachel Hein-ich; two sisters-in-law, Maryann (Jerome) Maus of Muskego and Joan (Richard) Tiedemann of Muskego; a brother-in-law, Rich-rd (Kris) Heinrich of Ocono-mowoc; a special cousin, Peg Tower of Slinger; nieces; neph-ews; other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her in-laws and her husband, John "Hansie."

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 29, at 6 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel of West Bend.

Chaplain Cheryl L. Matusiak will officiate, and cremation will be at Paradise Cremation Ser-vices.

Visitation with family members will follow the service.
