David Joseph Sabish, 4, of Kewaskum died Thursday Dec. 9, 2004 at SynergyHealth St. Joseph’s Hospital in West Bend.

He was born in West Bend on May 2, 2000. He attended 4-year-old kindergarten at Kewaskum Elementary School and was a member of St. Lucas Ev. Lutheran Church in Kewaskum.

Survivors include his parents Dan and Ann Baumhardt Sabish; his dad Dan Sabish Jr.; his brother Erich Sabish and Eric’s daughter Elizabeth; his sister Jamie Sabish, all of Kewaskum; his godmother Dawn Baumhardt; his grandmothers Marie Sabish of Campbellsport and Marion Baumhardt of West Bend; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Christ Sabish and his maternal grandparents Don and Sylvia Baumhardt.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Dec. 13 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Lucas Ev. Lutheran Church in Kewaskum.

Rev. Edwin Fredrich will officiate and burial will follow in Lutheran Memorial Park in Kewaskum.

Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home in Campbellsport and on Monday from 12:30 p.m. until time of services at the church.
