Dolores F. LaBounty

A funeral service was held on Dec. 6 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Grafton, for Dolores F. LaBounty of Grafton who died at the age of 84. The Rev. Kenton Wendorf officiated at the funeral service. Mueller Funeral Home of Grafton assisted the family with arrangements.

Mrs. LaBounty was born in Milwaukee, on Aug. 28, 1920 to the late Walter Raasch and the late Marie (nee Zuelke) Raasch. She later married the late Francis LaBounty on July 17,1943 in Shreveport, La. Their marriage was blessed with four children.

She was a longtime resident of Grafton where she attended and was an active member at St. Paul Lutheran Church. She enjoyed shopping and baking but most of all spending time with her family. She was a very kind and compassionate person and was devoted to the Grafton Senior Center as well as the Cedarburg Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include: children Gary LaBounty of Grafton, Penny LaBounty of Saukville, Patty Holden of Texas, and Lori (Jody) Sampson of Mountain; special niece: Judy Weed; and special nephew Jeff Hurley.

She is further survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Francis LaBounty.
