Shirley Ann Leicht Shirley Ann Leicht, who was just beginning to enjoy her retirement, will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, cross-stitch, reading, crossword puzzles and her pets. Mrs. Leicht died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004 at Columbia Hospice of complications from cancer. She was born on Oct. 27, 1934 to Anna and Otto Mannchen in Sheboygan. She grew up and graduated from high school in Kohler. She married Robert Leicht on June 9, 1956. They lived in Racine and Milwaukee for a short time before moving to Cedarburg, where they made their lifetime home and raised their family. She was a longtime employee of Scot Pump of Cedarburg, a job she retired from just a few years ago. She will always be remembered as a loving and hard-working person who always gave 110 percent to everything she did. Mrs. Leicht is survived by her husband Robert Leicht; her children Mary (Bob) Kroeplien of Sheboygan Falls, Carol (Gary) Boehle of Port Washington, Jo Anne (Rick) Roehsler of Oostburg, Susan (Barry) Mayer of Oshkosh and Mark Leicht of Cedarburg; and 10 grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Bob (Verl) Mannchen and Bill (Phylis) Mannchen, both of Sheboygan Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna and Otto Mannchen; and brothers Carl, Theodore and Edgar Mannchen. Arrangements for cremation are being handled by the Hartson Funeral Home in Hales Corners. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Columbia/St. Mary’s Hospice in Milwaukee and the Ozaukee Humane Society are appreciated.
