Alma Riemer A funeral service was held on Dec. 1 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Freistadt, for Alma Riemer (nee Klug) of Mequon, who died on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004 at Lasata Care Center in Cedarburg at the age of 90. Mueller Funeral Home, Cedarburg, assisted the family with arrangements. She was born in Mequon on Sept. 3, 1914 to the late Frank and Clara (nee Radue) Klug and married the late Werner Riemer on Sept. 5, 1936 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Freistadt. She was a lifelong active member at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Freistadt. Survivors include: children Kenneth (Elaine) of Mequon, Willard (Loretta) of Mequon, Marilyn (the Rev. Daniel) Pautz of Tempe, Ariz., Priscilla (Kenneth) Smith of Saukville, Delbert (Diane) of Baltimore, Md.; sisters Elvira Buch, Norma Schoessow, Loraine (Earl) Boehlke and Marian Frenz; brother Franklin (Evelyn) Klug; sisters-in-law Viola Klug and Dorothy Riemer. She is further survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Many thanks to the staff at Lasata Care Center for their kind and loving care.
