Madlyn A. Eibes, 78, of Mayville died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003 at Victorian Villa, Horicon.

She was born April 21, 1925 to the late John and Genevieve ( Kolb) Braun and on July 1, 1944, married Alvin A. Eibes in Mayville.

She retired from Design in Hartford.

She is survived by three sons, Harvey Eibes of Mayville, Gary (special friend Yolanda Pillsbury) Eibes of Mayville and Roger (Charlotte) Eibes of Mayville; two brothers, Ralph (Rose) Braun of Mayville and George (Pat) Braun of San Diego; grandchildren, Stacey (Adam) Rady, Jon Eibes, Jennifer (finace Bobby Cushman) Eibes, Tony Eibes, Joe Eibes, Brian Eibes, Steven Eibes, Andy Eibes; great-grandchildren Brittany and Nicky Rady, Jaxon Eibes; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, he husband Alvin in 1998 and one sister, Grace.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mayville, and a member of Daughters of Isabella.

A Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, Dec. 30 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mayville at 10 a.m. with Father Charles Wester presiding. Visitation on Monday, Dec. 29 at Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, from 4 to 7 p.m., and also on Tuesday at St. Mary's Church from 9 to 10 a.m.

Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Mayville.

The Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville is serving the family.
