Julie A. Griffin

Julie A. Griffin, age 37, formerly of the Mayville area, died on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003 at Samaritan Health Center in West Bend, after a three-year battle with cancer. She most recently lived with her sister in Adell.

She was born on Sept. 23, 1966 in Sheboygan, the daughter of James and Bernadette (nee Backhaus) Mondloch. She attended Adell Grade School and Random Lake High School. She was employed by J K Rentals in Slinger for several years. She enjoyed having fun and was dedicated to spending time with her children.

Survivors include two children, Jeremy Schlenvogt of Adell and Heather Griffin of Mayville; four brothers, Richard of Adell, Scott of Dundee, Paul of St. Roberts, Mo. and John of Sheboygan; four sisters, Linda (Jimmy) Loescher of Adell, Peggie Mondloch of Las Vegas, Sarah (Chris) Sulzen of Casper, Wyo. and Maria Mondloch of Hustisford; her mother, Bernadette Mondloch of Adell; her best friends, Gloria Coronado of West Bend and Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Goeman of Slinger; two uncles; two aunts; eight cousins, four stepcousins; many nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.

Julie was preceded in death by her father.

In honor of Julie's wishes, no funeral service will be held. Friends and relatives are invited to gather at Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum on Friday, Dec. 26 from 4 to 6 p.m. for a celebration of her life. Cremation has taken place. A private family burial service will be held on Friday, Dec. 26 at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Adell, officiated by Fr. Richard Cerpich, pastor of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish.
