Evelyn Olson

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. tonight at the Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg for Evelyn Olson of Grafton, who died at the age of 87. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. The Rev. Wilmer Reichmann will officiate at the funeral service. Interment will take place on Friday, Dec. 12, 2003 at 11 a.m. at East Lawn Cemetery in Beloit.

Mrs. Olson was born on July 31, 1916 to the late Arthur Walter Clark Rushton and the late Ethel Mae Bashaw. She later married her first husband the late Theodore Addie. They lived in Beloit for many years while becoming longtime, active members of the Second Congregation Church. She later married the late Verland Olson and they lived in Grafton.

Survived include: stepdaughters Christi Olson and Jacqueline (Dennis) Weeden; stepgrandchildren Kirsten (Tony) Claas, Kaari (Scott) Cottrell, Nicole (Scott) Valdez, and Brett (fiancee Sue Prerost) Weeden; stepgreat-grandchildren Mitchell, Madeline and Julianne Claas, Aaron and Samuel Cottrell and Marisa Valdez; nieces Delores Schaefer, Linda Noss and Rebecca Weeden and nephew Robert Nelson.

She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Theodore Addie and Verland Olson, an infant daughter and two sisters.
