Marjorie L. "Margie" Schellinger

Marjorie L. "Margie" Schellinger (nee Bell) of the town of West Bend entered into Eternal Life Dec. 5, 2003 at the age of 48.

Margie was born April 30, 1955. She graduated from West Bend East High School with the Class of 1973. She attended the University of Wisconsin Washington County (Honored Student of Dr. Sami Saad) and the UW-Oshkosh.

She was a valued contributor to the success of the family business, Cedar Lake Sales (Dad’s trusted advisor).

After marriage on June 12, 1976 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, the couple remained in the West Bend area.

She is survived by her devoted husband and lifelong companion Charles "Chuck," loving mother of Kurt (special friend Sarah); cherished daughter of Donald and Eileen (nee Fehring) Bell of West Bend; dearest sister of Janet (Tom) Waldhart of Colgate, Gordon (Rhonda) Bell of West Bend, Ann Bell of West Bend, Alan (Sharon) Bell of West Bend, and Brian (Natalie) Bell of Richfield; loved daughter-in-law of Leo and Caroline Mueller of Eagle River; fond sister-in-law of Gwen (Dave) Wilson of Lomira, Jerome Jr. (Kathy) Schellinger of Allenton, Judy (Joe) Pieper of West Bend, James (Jan) Schellinger of West Bend, Cheri Schellinger of Theresa, Christine (Dennis) Fritz of El Paso, Texas, Larry (Sandy) Mueller of Slinger, Greg (Erin) Mueller of Thiensville, Mark (Debbie) Mueller of Hartford and Ted (Ann) Mueller of West Bend.

She is further survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, friends and special family pet "Holly."

She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Bell, her father-in-law, Jerome Schellinger, and brother-in-law, Mark Schellinger.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church of St. Lawrence with Father Joseph K. Dominic officiating.

Interment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park of West Bend on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Visitation will be at the church only on Tuesday from 2:30 - 7:00 p.m.

Memorials are appreciated to the family or to the Wisconsin Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The Phillip Funeral Home, West Bend, is assisting the family.

Marge’s courage and spirit was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her.
