Hattie F. Voigt Hattie F. Voigt, nee Rennicke, 91, of West Bend, died on Friday, Dec. 5, 2003 at the Samaritan Health Center. She was born on Dec. 17, 1912 in Milwaukee to the late William and Friederike (Friedrich) Rennicke, and was raised on the family farm in Germantown. After her marriage to Max W. Voigt on Feb. 11, 1939 at the Trinity Lutheran Church parsonage in Mequon, the couple lived in Milwaukee, later retiring in Port Richey, Fla. Hattie moved to Kewaskum in 1988 and later to West Bend. Her husband passed away on Aug. 2, 1988 . Survivors include two children, June (Harold) Fry of Kewaskum and Susan Voigt of West Bend; three grandchildren, Debra (Shawn) Seering and Lynda (Richard) Reetz, both of West Bend, and Douglas H.M. Fry of Kewaskum; five great-grandchildren, David Grandin, Tiffany Seering, Seth Seering, Justin Dehling and Nicholas Fry, all of West Bend; a sister-in-law, Mildred Rennicke of California; and three nieces; one nephew; other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were five brothers, Henry-Elroy, Clarence, Elmer (Mildred), Theodore (Margaret) and Arlin; three sisters, Florance, Clara and Norma (Elmer) Beuscher. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home, West Bend. Pastor Robert Korytkowski will officiate, and interment will take place at Valhalla Memorial Park, Milwaukee, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Visitation at the funeral home will be on Monday from 5 p.m. until the time of services. Memorials are appreciated to the West Bend Food Pantry or the Samaritan Health Center.
