Viola B. Henrich

Viola B. Henrich, nee Heidtke, 83, of West end,passed away on Monday, Dec. 1, 2003 at the Samaritan health Center.

She was born on April 25, 1920 in Eagleton to the late Edward and Ida (nee Rheingans) Heidtke, and married Elmer Henrich on Aug. 21, 1943 in Eagleton.

Together they farmed in the town of Germantown for many years.

After retiring in 1974, the couple moved to West Bend.

Viola was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in West Bend.

She enjoyed sewing, knitting and growing flowers.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Russell (Betty) Henrich of Waupun and Jeffrey Henrich of West Bend; four grandchildren, Patricia (Jeremy) Herbst, Amy Henrich, Ronald Henrich and Marie (Josh) McGinnis; five great-grandchildren, Anthony Herbst, Angela Herbst, Christopher Herbst, Jordan McGinnis and Payton McGinnis; three sisters, Leona Lumpe and Florence (Milton) Krause, both of Cedarburg, and Clarice (Herbert) Holz of Tucson, Ariz.; two brothers, Martin (Junice) Heidtke of Cedarburg and Murray (Ruth) Heidtke of Grafton; other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death was a brother, William Heidtke.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral and Cremation Service, West Bend.

Rev. James Eckblad of Immanuel United Church of Christ, West Bend, will officiate, and burial will be in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend, at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Visitation at the funeral home will be on Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of services.
