Mary L. Linzmeyer
Mary L. Linzmeyer, nee Wolf, 72, of Big Cedar Lake, West Bend, formerly of Brown Deer, died on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002, at St. Joseph's Community Hospital, West Bend. She was born on Feb. 15, 1930, in Marquette, Mich., to the late Victor and Ruth (Williams) Wolf. At an early age she began working with Wisconsin Bell as a switchboard operator, retiring in April of 1988. After her marriage to Joseph A. Linzmeyer on Feb. 8, 1952, in Milwaukee, the couple lived in both Brown Deer and at Big Cedar Lake. She was a member of Wisconsin Bell Pioneers and St. Lawrence Catholic Church of St. Lawrence. Survivors include her beloved of 50 years, Joseph, of West Bend; other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death was a brother, Robert. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 2, at 7 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home, West Bend. Father Richard C. Breitbach will officiate, and cremation will take place at Paradise Cremation Services of West Bend. Visitation at the funeral home will be Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of services.
