She was born on Aug. 3, 1916 in the town of Ashford to the late Michael and Barbara (nee Schmidt) Gantenbein, and married John B. Pichler on June 13, 1940 in Dubuque, Iowa.

John passed away on Jan. 22, 1994.

Survivors include a son, Russell (Claudia) Pichler of West Bend; three grandchildren, Angela (special friend Joe Fladwood) of Milwaukee, Ryan (Sheri) and Craig, both of West Bend; two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Logan; other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death was a brother, Lester.

Private funeral services will be held with burial in Holy Angels Cemetery.
