William M. Jones, Jr.

William M. Jones, Jr., 53, of Port Washington, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002 in Black River Falls.

Bill was born Jan. 22, 1949 in Port Washington, to William and Mary (Thein) Jones.

He entered the United States Marine Corps in 1967 and served overseas.

Mr. Jones owned and operated The Eagles Nest, a tattoo parlor on the west side on Port Washington, until a few years ago.

He was a member of the VFW Post #5373.

Bill was well known for his love of the art of tattooing, Harley Davidson motorcycles, spending time with his sons, and fishing.

He was a good hearted man who would do anything to help, and never expect something in return.

Survivors include his mother, Mary, of Grafton; five children, Misty Jones and Jessica Justin, both of Fort Atkinson, Mandy, Michael and Justin Jones, all of West Bend; two step-daughters, Mandy Meyer and Mary Lindeguard; a sister, Karen Neuy of Port Washington; two special nieces, Cheryl (Bill) Dayton of West Bend and Deanna Jones of Port Washington; two nephews, Tracy Schinker of Fond du Lac and Jeff Braeger of Waubeka; special friends Nancy Guenthner and Ralph Torrigan, both of West Bend; other relatives and many friends.

Preceding him in death were his father and two nephews, Jason and Thomas.

The family will receive visitors at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington, on Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 4-7 p.m.

Funeral Services will follow at 7 p.m.

Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Washington.
