Arlene M. Fellenz

Arlene M. Fellenz, 87, of Campbellsport died Thursday, Nov. 22 at St. Francis Home in Fond du Lac.

She was born in Marshfield on May 4, 1914 the daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Weiss Schneider. On June 28, 1938 she married Leo M. Fellenz at St. Michael's Church in St. Michael. They farmed together in the St. Michael area until moving to Campbellsport in 1983.

She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Campbellsport, the Christian Women, the Mission Sewing Circle and St. Lawrence Seminary Parents Guild.

Survivors include her husband Leo, her children Richard (Mary) of Plymouth, Rev. Ralph Fellenz, OFM Cap. of Panama, Robert (Maryann) of Kewaskum, Mary (Darold) Werkmeister of Armour, S.D., Joseph (Lynn) of Crestview, Fla., Christine (Gilbert) Deigini of Washington, D.C., Rita Ables of Milwaukee, Ann (Jerome) VanCauteran, of Hatley, Francis (Cheryl) of Campbellsport, Virginia (Rich) Schroeder of Tomah, Caroline (Dennis) Kirsenlohrof Nekoosa and Yvonne Fellenz of Burlington, 24 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Leona (Clarence) VanBeek of West Bend, Lucille Rinzel of Beechwood and Helen Vogt of West Bend, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law William Ables, a grandchild and a sister Marcella.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Campbellsport. Rev. Ralph Fellenz, OFM Cap., Rev. Alois VanBeek and Rev. Neil Zinthefer will concelebrate and burial will be Wednesday at St. Michael's Cemetery, St. Michael. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3 p.m. until time of church service.
