She was born Sept. 11, 1912, in the town of Scott, to the late Henry and Alma (Claus) Becker, and on Nov. 21, 1936, married Joseph Schwind at St. Michael's Catholic Church, St. Michaels.

He passed away on May 21, 1986.

Mrs. Schwind was a 1929 graduate of Kewaskum High School and a graduate of Miss Brown's Business School in Milwaukee.

She was a member of Peace United Church of Christ in Kewaskum, the Ladies Guild and the Kewaskum Woman's Club.

Survivors include two daughters, Alice Schwind (fiance Grant Fredericks) of Lafayette, Ind. and Gloria Schwind of Bryan, Texas; a grandson, Elan Jurado; other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at Peace United Church of Christ, Kewaskum.

Rev. Eric Kirkegaard will officiate, and private burial has taken place in the church cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the time of services at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Peace United Church of Christ are preferred.

The Miller Funeral Home, Kewaskum, is serving the family.
