While in Milwaukee, he had worked in real estate sales and for H&R Block.

Survivors include his mother, Helen of West Bend; a son, Douglas of Brookfield; two daughters, Christine Reysen of West Bend and Mary Olson of Wausau; a friend, Kyle Johnson of Milwaukee; a brother, Kenneth of New York; six grandchildren;three great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30, at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Comfort Care Hospice Service, Wausau, are appreciated.
