She was born May 7, 1917, in rural West Bend, to the late George and Margaret (Hausmann) Debano, and married Roland J. Jacak on June 12, 1943, at Holy Angels Catholic Church, West Bend.

He passed away on Feb. 2, 1997.

She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Campbellsport, the Christian Women and the Mission Sewing Circle.

She was an active worker with the Meals on Wheels program and worked with her husband in their John Deere implement business in Campbellsport.

She also loved walking and took great pride in her family.

Survivors include her daughters, Rosemary (Leo) Mugan of Cascade, Carol (Harold) Kreif of Campbellsport, Shirley Lisowe of New Holstein, Helen (Jim) Medinger of Campbellsport, June (Bob) Kuntze of Minneapolis, Minn. and Joan (Alan) Rickmeier of New Orleans; her grandchildren, Anne (George) Smith, Tim (fiancee Jodee Faber) Mugan, Luke (Denise) Mugan, Matthew (Paula) Mugan, Heather and Heidi Kreif, Dean (Kris) Chappell, Jessica and Nicole Lisowe, James A. (Sara) Medinger, Michael A. (special friend Marion) Medinger, Ryan Kuntze and Melissa Rickmeier; her great-grandchildren, Brian and Jacquelyn Smith, Elizabeth and Jenna Mugan, Michaela Mugan and Autumn Chappell; her brother-in-law, Roger (Carol) Jacak of St. Kilian; her sisters-in-law, Betty Jacak of West Bend and Irene Jacak of Campbellsport; other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 8 p.m. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Campbellsport, following a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home, Campbellsport.

Rev. Francis Malloy and Rev. Edwin Kornath will officiate, and burial will follow in St. Matthew's Cemetery.

Visitation at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
