He was born April 11, 1910, and was the beloved husband of the late Esther (nee Wartchow).

Survivors include two sons, Richard (Arlene) and William (Ann). He was the loving grandfather of Donald (Peggy), Kathleen, Michael (Jennifer) and Laura (Scott) Salaj; great-grandfather of Westan, Allan, Ryan, Nicole and Danika.

He is further survived by many other relatives and friends.

Arthur was a 45-year employee of Wisconsin Electric Power and a 65-year member of International Brotherhood of Electrical workers.

He was a resident at Cedar Ridge Campus of West Bend until May 1998 when he moved to Linden Ridge of Mukwonago where he passed away due to complications of Alzheimer's disease.

Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 22 from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 7801 Lincoln Ave., West Allis, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. and burial in Highland Memorial Park, 14875 W. Greenfield Ave.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Alzheimer's Association, 6130 W. National Ave., West Allis, 53214.
