Jahn Funeral services were held on Friday at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg for Conrad Jahn, 79, of Mequon, who died on Dec. 12, 2000. Burial was held at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg. Mueller Funeral Home of Cedarburg assisted the family. Mr. Jahn was of German decent being born in Felsonana, Hungary on Aug. 3, 1921. He left his parents and sister at the age of 16 to live with an uncle in Lombard, Ill. He is a World War II veteran having served from 1942-1946. Mr. Jahn married Anna Koch on July 27, 1946. He was reunited with his parents in 1948 and his sister in 1961. Mr. Jahn was a 40-year employee of A.O. Smith Corporation. He was a longtime member of First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg where he was active in the Senior Choir for many years. Survivors include: wife Anna (nee Koch) Jahn of Mequon; children: Conrad (Karla) Jahn of Milwaukee, Ronald (Diane) Jahn of Cedarburg, Diana (Steve) Tetzlaff of Grafton, and Robert Jahn of Saukville; sister Katherine (Henry) Koch of Menomonee Falls; nephews Henry and Conrad Koch of Menomonee Falls. Further survived by 10 grandchildren other relatives and friends.
