"Barb" Arnold
Barbara A. "Barb" Arnold, nee Tasch) 54, of West Bend, died on Friday, Dec. 15, 2000 at her residence. Born to Elwin (Lillian Parsons) Tasch in Chilton, she married David M. Arnold on Aug. 17, 1968 in Jericho, Wis. Born and raised in Chilton, she was a physical education teacher for St. Kilian’s Catholic School of Hartford for over 12 years. She is survived by her husband; her parents; two daughters, Amy Arnold of West Bend and Sarah (fiance Peter Winkler) Arnold of Cudahy; very dear friends, Tom Erickson of West Bend, Renee Leiknes of West Bend and her four children, Katie, Brett, Trent and Clarice; one sister, Mary (Terry) Zeller of Brillion, Wis.; five brothers; Michael (Barb) Tasch of Johnsburg, Wis., Kenny Tasch of Chilton, Steve (Diane) Tasch of Malone, Wis., Nick (Dorothy) Tasch of Chilton and Tim (Linda Tasch) of Chilton. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Tasch. A member of St. Francis Cabrini Church of West Bend, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m., officiated by Father Jeffrey Haines. Interment of ashes will take place at Parkview Crematory, Fond du Lac with subsequent burial at Holy Angels Cemetery on Thursday, Dec. 21 at 10 a.m. Visitation at St. Frances Cabrini only from 4-7 p.m. Memorials are appreciated to St. Kilian’s School. The Phillip Funeral Home is assisting the family.
